The book entitled Barriers to Entry and Growth in New Firms in Early Transition edited by Iraj Hoshi, Ewa Balcerowicz and Leszek Balcerowicz, has been published in October 2002 by the Kluwer Academic Publishers.
This book is based on the CASE Foundation's research project conducted in years 1996-1998. The project entitled: "The Impact of Barriers to Entry on the Speed of Transition: A comparative Study of Countries in Different Stages of Transition" was coordinated by Professor Leszek Balcerowicz.
