Elena Jarocińska (born 1972) has collaborated with the CASE Foundation since 1998.
She graduated from the Catholic University in Leuven (Belgium, 1996) and the Department of Economics at the University of Lomonosov in Moscow (1994). She specialises in microeconomics and labour market. She was a permanent CASE representative in Moldova. She has also participated in a project concerning the transformation of enterprises in Georgia. She is an author of publications on the labour market in Russia and Moldova and on restructuring of Georgian enterprises. Currently she is doing a PhD in Management in Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
