Julia Mironova (born 1979) graduated from Faculty of Economics of Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University in 2001. She was invited to join CASE-Kyrgyzstan as economist and junior researcher after she won  first prize at  The First Central Asian Student Contest for the Best Paper in Economics, carried out by CASE-Kyrgyzstan in 2001. The area of her research interests includes development problems of transition economy. She teaches econometrics in Kyrgyz Russian Slavonic University. Also she worked in USAID Fiscal Reform Project.

Languages: fluent Russian and English.
