Tax Inequalities in Ukraine: Diagnoses, Impacts, and Reform Recommendations

This 12-month Polish-Ukrainian project was completed in November 2002. Taking part in it from CASE were Malgorzata Antczak, Katarzyna Pietka and Magdalena Tomczynska and Aleksander Szapowalow from CASE Ukraine. CASE experts prepared a report on the Polish tax system, on the basis of which the Institute for Reform in Ukraine prepared an analysis of the Ukrainian tax system.
Results of the project, financed by PAUCI, were presented at a conference in Kiev (Ukraine) in November 2002.
