Description:
A team of CASE experts prepared an analysis of the main challenges to improving the use of human resources in Poland. The aim of the study was to identify the right priorities and activities for the new operational program "Human Capital", which will be financed by the European Social Fund in 2007 - 2013.

The study focused on identifying the challenges to implementing policies in six major areas: investment in human capital, improving the ability of workers and businesses to adapt to change, active labor market policy, and strengthening social integration and fighting discrimination, as well as strengthening public administration and the non-governmental sector.
