Description: The project was carried out jointly by CASE, CASE Moldova and Latvian firm Corporate and Public Management Consulting Group (CPM) experts led by Veaceslav Negruta and Petru Veverita. The main purpose of this project was to conduct a functional analysis of government structures and key ministries and agencies. Based on this analysis, the above mentioned group of experts elaborated specific recommendations for the Commission for Government Reorganization, chaired by the Prime Minister, on public sector reform in Moldova.
