Conference on the Privatization of SOEs and the Reform of Utilities in Kosovo

On 28-29 June 2002, Ewa Balcerowicz took part in an international conference on the privatization of state-owned enterprises and reform of public utilities in Kosovo. Organized by NGO RIINVEST (the Kosovar Institute for Development Research), the two-day conference saw nearly 200 people representing the Kosovar government and UNMIK, international organizations - donors, local NGOs, directors of enterprises, journalists and economists from other countries. Ewa Balcerowicz took part in the session closing the conference.
