Description:
The Project is part of a framework project entitled "Inflation in Kazakhstan: Main factors of Influence" to be carried out in conjunction with "Kazakhstan Revenue Watch" Program (Soros-Kazakhstan Foundation).
The activities include drafting a paper (30-40 pp.) on inflation processes in Poland as described above, and participating in a seminar in Kazakhstan to present the contents of the paper.
The expected practical short- and medium-term results of this project are an understanding of common and specific features of inflation in Poland and Kazakhstan and policy advice for policy makers in Kazakhstan in order to reduce inflation rates in the nearest future.
