Description: A group of experts (Marek Dħbrowski, Vitaliy Dorofeev, Veaceslav Negruta and Artur Radziwill) analyzed the documents, which set the cooperation framework between the government of Moldova and the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) and commented on the legal position and independence of the NBM, drawing from best international practice and European experience. A report entitled "Assessment of the Decree No. 135 of the Government of the Republic of Moldova on the development of the financial sector of the Republic of Moldova in the period 2005-2010 and the "Strategy of the Government and the National Bank of Moldova for the development of the financial sector for the Republic of Moldova in the period 2005-2010" was prepared and submitted to the Prime minister and the Governor of the NBM.
