Description: The project carried out by Bartlomiej Piotrowski and financed by the USAID. Project tasks included analyzing the documentation on public functions in the labor sector carried out by the Ministry and other public agencies, recommending best practices for organizational arrangements for delivering public services related to labor policy, developing proposals for how these functions might be rationalized and managed in Georgia, and identifying key tasks to be performed within MoLHSA. CASE expert advised the Ministry on the numbers, types and grades of staff required to perform these functions and contributed to the development of change management strategies in MoLHSA.
