 Fostering global responsibility: kick-off meetingOn 14-15th April CASE hosted the kick-off meeting for the project "Fostering Global Responsibility: Building a Development Policy Knowledge Network to Enhance NGO Public Outreach Initiatives in EU New Member States". The project, funded by EuropeAid, started in March 2008. Its main objective is to foster new linkages among NGOs from new EU member states and their counterparts from the EU-15, as well as leading development think tanks and their respective developing country partner networks. CASE is coordinating the project in cooperation with the Overseas Development Institute (ODI). The partners within the project are: Hungarian Association of NGOs for Development and Humanitarian Aid (HAND) , Czech Forum for International Cooperation (FoRS), Slovak Nongovernmental Development Organizations Platform (MVRO), Zagranica Group (Poland), CASE Transcaucasus, CASE Moldova, CASE Kyrgystan.
