| Wojciech Paczyński on Fiscal and Monetary Management in the CIS Wojciech Paczynski will give a presentation on "Fiscal and monetary management in CIS - challenges related to energy resource wealth and energy sector transformation" at the seminar organised by DG International and European Relations of the European Central Bank.
