CASE Belarus - Center for Social and Economic Research Belarus
CASE Belarus - Center for Social and Economic Research Belarus is a non-commercial organization, founded by the CASE - Center for Social and Economic Research (Warsaw, Poland), CASE Ukraine (Kiev, Ukraine), and representatives of IPM Research Centre (Minsk, Belarus) in May 2007.
The CASE Belarus Foundation has been created with the aim to contribute to the social-economic development and the promotion of structural changes in Belarus. Among CASE Belarus activities are:
• developing economic studies, exchange of experiences and promoting a better understanding of economic and social policies by civil society;
• carrying out research in the field of economy and social development in Belarus, the Commonwealth of Independent States and European Union, distributing the results of this research and elaborating recommendations in the field of public policies;
• financing and organizing the experts' activities in indicated fields;
• organizing seminars, conferences, training programs;
• implementing informational and editorial activities.
